Ear-pierced jewellery cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Our stringent quality control ensures that all our products meet the required criteria.

What if the item is lost or damaged during delivery?

We ship our goods via a method where a receiver's signature is required wherever logistically posible. All goods are inspected and photo are taken before shipment, however, if damage occurs during delivery we will request you to send the opening box photos of the goods and you will be advised accordingly about the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
