Custom made orders cannot be refunded. Our stringent quality control ensures that all our products meet the required criteria. We communicate via email before the start of production to ensure all details are processed as per your choice.
if the item is lost or damaged during delivery?

We ship our goods via a method where a receiver signature is required. Goods will not be left at your doorstep without a signature. All goods are inspected and photo's taken before shipment, however, if damage occurs during delivery we will request you to send the opening box photos of the goods and you will be advised accordingly about the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
